Indeed is a very good job search engine, indeed. Unlike Career Builder or Monster, you can’t submit your CV from Indeed. Yet, this Google-like job listings search engine makes it all up by being a search engine with results from all major job boards and even other search engines. On the other hand, Indeed will offer you a few jobs that you certainly wouldn’t find on conventional job boards, being you the thoroughest of all or not. Also, Indeed does a good job of simulating Google interface thus making their job search features truly user friendly. It lacks personal touch, though. Yet, we are looking for a job, are we? So, looking nice is way out of top ten issues for jobs search engines.

Simply Hired is a job search engine that often wins people’s hearts, and it does it in various ways. One of the advantages of Simply Hired is the fact that it looks a lot nicer than most of the jobs search engines out there. But, as stated before, nice looking jobs search engine is useless if it doesn’t fulfill its primary purpose — finding you the best job out there. Simply Hired does offer a special job search experience. For instance, users train Simply Hired by rating jobs they liked or didn’t like. Also, this jobs search engine gives you the opportunity to know more about wages, to add jobs to a so called job map, and observe profiles of many companies.

Svi Poslovi, although not a very good jobs search website yet, is the best jobs search engine in former Yugoslavia for it’s the only one. So, it clearly can’t match the power of Indeed or Simply Hired. Still, it not only gains supremacy in its region — it wins the battle! This brings me to another important fact. The good news is that Svi Poslovi is still in early development. As I write this, Svi Poslovi is only four months old. Let’s give it a shot. It has a great potential, it gives reasons to have faith in enthusiasts who made this jobs search engine with the budget of a little bit over a hundred bucks. So, Svi Poslovi just may become one of the best jobs search engines in Europe. If any of you out there are considering investment, I think this may be a great opportunity for you.
